THQ have today revealed release dates for their new apocalyptic shooter, as well as details on a Limited Edition version. The game tells the story of a group of survivors who have forged a life in the remains of a Metro Station in Moscow during the aftermath of a world destroying event that’s practically wiped out humanity. You take the helm as a young hero who needs to venture to the horrors of the outside world to ensure the survival of the last of humankind. The game looks set to be a gun totting atmospheric romp through the destroyed and mutated, so this probably won’t be for the faint hearted. For everyone else though, pick up your rifles and steady your nerves and prepare for March release dates for both the PC version as well as the Xbox 360.

Both versions will be released together, with the US and Germany getting their hands on it on March the 16th, the UK on March 19th and Australia getting there fill on March 18th. The limited edition version will include an exclusive in game weapon and four art cards created by Russian Artist Anton Grechko.
